Email is preferable for a first enquiry because artisans may not answer the telephone while working. We aim to reply within three business days.
Repair enquiries
Please email photographs of the complete vessel and the damaged area. We will assess its condition and discuss suitable repair options.
Trade and workshop visits
For trade enquiries, include the item, expected quantity and preferred timing. For workshop visits, tell us your preferred date and number of visitors. See Company for visit information and access.
